what can i do to get rid of my piles

finally plucked up the courage to go to the doctors and tell them about my piles man i was embarrassed!!! but i couldn’t leave it any longer. anyway it isn’t the piles that stick out like a bunch of grapes it’s from the inside. my doctor gave me suppositories and an ointment for it but im worried it wont work and im scared to go to the toilet coz it really hurts and bleed allot!! tomorrow will be a week that i haven’t been for a number 2. how long do you think it will take for this to work? i really don’t want the doctor to look up my ***! they said if it doesn’t work this time they will have to do this, also the medication they gave me comes back out my *** sometimes so will it still be working it’s really uncomfortable! help!!!!!
